Position Overview

This role requires a leader with extensive multifamily, senior living, retail and hotel project experience and excellent communication skills who can effectively manage subcontractors, field staff, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily on-site operations for multifamily construction projects.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Maintain project schedule, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct regular site walks, quality inspections, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager, design team, and ownership group.
- Oversee project documentation, RFIs, and change management as they relate to field operations.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and represent the company professionally on site.
- 10 years of construction experience, with significant time spent on multifamily projects.
- Proven track record as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a proactive approach.
- OSHA certification preferred.
