Specifically, a Superintendent with experience building rec centers, municipal, education, and/or tech. Superintendent Requirements
- Previous experience as a Superintendent
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
- Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
