Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for luxury homes
- Manage daily scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and trades
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality and compliance
- Enforce safety standards and job site organization
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and inspections
- Collaborate with project management to resolve issues and maintain schedules
- Maintain detailed job documentation and reporting
- 5 years as a Superintendent in residential construction
- Strong experience building custom, high-end homes
- Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with clients, trades, and teams
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Custom homes $1M - $5M
- Homes 3,000 - 10,000 sq. ft.
- Experience with architect-driven projects and custom details
