Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of focused experience in real estate law.
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials required.
- Bar Status: Admitted to the Indiana Bar or immediately eligible for admission by motion.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strong judgment, high ethical standards, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize a demanding transactional workload.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Demonstrated Experience In
- Advising clients on the buying, selling, leasing, development, and financing of real estate properties.
- Drafting, negotiation, and contract review.
- Managing all phases of the transactional process, including due diligence (title/survey review) and closings.
- Counseling on zoning, land use, and property dispute matters.
