Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Lead and support the preconstruction process, including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and scope reviews
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change management
- Utilize Procore for project documentation, communication, and field coordination
- Use Sage for cost control, job costing, and financial reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams as needed
- 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong experience with Procore and Sage
- Demonstrated experience in preconstruction and project planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Base salary starting at $150-160k, with flexibility based on experience
