Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in:
- Land Development
- Stormwater Management
- Hydrology & Hydraulics
- Grading & Drainage Design
- Utilities & Site Design
- Lead, mentor, and oversee engineering teams across projects
- Manage project delivery, budgets, and timelines
- Take an active role in marketing and business development efforts
- Drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships
- Act as a primary client contact, ensuring high-level service and satisfaction
- Review, approve, and sign off on engineering plans
- Proven experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and projects
- Demonstrated success in business development and client growth
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to take ownership of projects and contribute at a strategic level

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
