What You'll Do
- E-Filing & Court Procedures: Manage filings across California state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all formatting and procedural rules
- Calendaring: Maintain and track critical litigation deadlines using calendaring systems
- Drafting & Proofreading: Support the preparation of pleadings, discovery materials, and legal correspondence
- Legal Research & Writing: Conduct research and assist with written work product as needed
- Case & Document Management: Organize case files, oversee document production, and keep matters on track
- Discovery Support: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing discovery requests and responses
- Quality Control: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all documents and filings
- Project Management: Balance multiple cases and deadlines while prioritizing effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the litigation process
- Ability to work under pressure without sacrificing quality
- Highly organized and conscientious
