Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial concrete scopes
- Perform quantity takeoffs for concrete, rebar, formwork, and labor
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Develop competitive bid proposals and budgets
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies
- Maintain cost databases and historical pricing
- 7 years of experience in concrete estimating
- Strong understanding of structural concrete, rebar, and formwork systems
- Experience estimating large commercial concrete projects
- Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
