What You'll Be Doing
- Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts on commercial projects up to $10M
- Develop budgets, conceptual estimates, and hard bids
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Identify value engineering opportunities
- Assist ownership in planning future growth initiatives
- Help position the company for the next decade of expansion
- Commercial construction estimating experience
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Ability to build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Someone who enjoys being part of the bigger picture, not just producing estimates
- A professional who wants to help grow a company and be rewarded for doing so
