Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and prospects.
- Generate new loan and deposit business through active calling efforts and community involvement.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow to assess creditworthiness.
- Structure, underwrite, and present commercial loan requests for approval.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial relationships.
- Monitor loan performance and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with credit, treasury management, and retail teams to provide comprehensive banking solutions.
- Represent the bank in the local market through networking and business development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 3-10 years of commercial lending and relationship management experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring.
- Experience with C&I, owner-occupied real estate, commercial real estate, and small business lending preferred.
- Proven business development and portfolio management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal partners.

Salary : $200,000 - $240,000
