You Will
- Lead concept development and schematic design
- Guide design direction through documentation delivery
- Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Produce design presentations and visualizations
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers
- 10 years architecture/design experience
- Proven background delivering commercial or institutional projects
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovation problem-solving
- Advanced Revit and SketchUp skills (other software a plus)
- Excellent client-facing communication
- Professional license or actively pursuing
- Experience with design-build or integrated project teams
- Portfolio including sustainable or innovative building solutions
