Seed Sales Rep Primary Function

Seed Sales RepDuties & Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong customer relationships
- Make recommendations to customers based on production goals
- Conduct customer presentations
- Understanding of regional seed markets
- Attend industry events
- 4-year degree in Agriculture, Ag Business or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of agricultural industry sales experience but willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of turf, forage, and cover crops is beneficial
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
