Responsibilities
- Prospecting new business
- Overseeing staff activities and customer requests
- Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
- Traveling to meet with key clients, on a regular basis
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- 5-7 years of experience, specifically, in international freight forwarding, with focus on ocean and air
- High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
- Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
