Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, offering expert advice on agronomic practices and product recommendations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Conduct field scouting, soil sampling, and crop evaluations
- Stay current with agronomic trends, research, and technology
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, product availability, and support services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product sales
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of agronomy sales experience
- Strong understanding of crop production, pest management, and soil fertility
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
- Competitive salary ($65,000-$95,000 DOE)
