Project Types
- Civil Excavation- Site Preparation- Grading & Earthwork- Underground Utilities- Roadway & Infrastructure Projects
- - Lead and enforce company-wide safety programs and procedures
- - Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- - Ensure OSHA and company compliance standards are me
- t- Coordinate and lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training programs
- - Investigate incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
- - Maintain safety documentation, reporting, and compliance records
- - Work closely with field teams, superintendents, and project managers
- - Promote a proactive and positive safety culture throughout the organization
- - 5 years of construction safety experience preferred
- - Experience within civil, excavation, grading, or heavy construction required
- - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and excavation safety standards
- - OSHA 30 required; additional certifications are a plus
- - Strong communication and leadership abilities
- - Ability to manage multiple active jobsites

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
