Service Sales Rep Qualifications

Service Sales Rep Qualifications
- 3 years in commercial roofing or similar sales experience
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of commercial roofing products, standards and industry in general
- Strong 360-degree communication with customers, management, peers, and direct reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Build relationships with commercial property managers
- Sell repairs and long-term service maintenance contracts
- Work with crews to ensure all work is performed to the highest level
- Create estimates for larger repairs, overlays, or re-roofs that align with predetermined profit margins
- Base salary depending on experience
- Aggressive bonus/commissions plan
- Retirement plan, company equipment
