- Manage customer communication, ensuring clear scope definition, progress updates, and alignment with customer objectives.
- Lead all phases of automation projects from internal kickoff through the warranty period.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, assembly and installation, and programming.
- Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance and procurement milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, actively solving issues that arise during the lifecycle of the project.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Track and report project performance metrics, including schedule adherence and quality benchmarks.
