Road Project Manager (PE) - Transportation Projects
We're seeking an experienced Road Project Manager (PE) who wants real ownership of transportation projects-not just another role managing tasks.
In this position, you will lead roadway projects from notice to proceed through construction, guide design teams, and work directly with clients on INDOT, Federal Aid, and local roadway improvements across Indiana.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring younger engineers, and influencing design decisions that shape real infrastructure.

Flexible remote and office collaboration, with occasional travel within Indiana for meetings or site visits.

What You'll Do
- Lead INDOT, Federal Aid, and local roadway design projects
- Define scope, schedule, and budgets
- Mentor engineers and CAD designers
- Review design calculations, plans, and technical documents
- Coordinate with subconsultants and internal teams
- Meet with clients to develop solutions and build relationships
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 6 years roadway design experience
- 2 years project management experience
- Indiana PE (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with INDOT processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
