A top restoration company is looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager with experience on commercial and residential projects. They need someone who is skilled with working with clients, writing, and running reconstruction losses.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years commercial reconstruction and restoration background. Preferably have experience writing with Xactimate.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.
- Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects.
- Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans.
- Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).
- Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement.
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
- Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and IICRC
- Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals.
- Minimum 5 years restoration construction management experience.
- Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction.
- Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.
- Xactimate experience preferred.
- Knowledge of MI commercial building codes and permitting.
- Clean criminal background and clean driving record.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred.
