- Source, qualify, and guide clients and candidates through the interview and hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the client's hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
