We are looking for a Product Development & Regulatory Specialist for a food manufacturer on Long Island, NY.! You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure all products meet internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable FDA/USDA regulations.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain product formulas and specifications
- Review labels, nutrition facts, and allergen info for compliance
- Conduct nutritional analysis and support new product launches
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on ingredient compliance
- Stay updated on regulatory trends and provide guidance to staff
- Bachelor's in food science, Nutrition, or related field
- 2 years in food product development, regulatory, or labeling
- Strong FDA/USDA labeling knowledge and nutritional analysis skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
