Retail Store Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Retail Store Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general administrative and customer support to ensure a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, welcoming area
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and basic administrative tasks
- Support store staff with customer inquiries and transactions as needed
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems a plus)
- Previous receptionist or retail experience preferred
