This role is responsible for comprehensive client relationship management across Investment Agencies, Custody Accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), Defined Benefit Plans, 401(k) Plans, and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP/KSOP).

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Business Development
- Develop, retain, and expand client relationships within assigned portfolio
- Identify opportunities to market additional products and services
- Anticipate client needs and implement solutions aligned with both client and institutional objectives
- Lead client onboarding and oversee ongoing account administration
- Administer accounts in accordance with plan documents, fiduciary standards, bank policies, ERISA, DOL, IRS, and applicable state and federal regulations
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to IRS guidelines for IRA contributions, transfers, rollovers, distributions, and withdrawals
- Manage 401(k) plan operations including contributions, distributions, and recordkeeping
- Vote ESOP shares in accordance with plan documents
- Exercise discretion in managing ESOP assets, primarily employer stock
- Review and validate annual ESOP stock valuation reports
- Evaluate assumptions and valuation methodologies used by appraisers
- Consult directly with valuation professionals to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
- Apply prudent investment strategies throughout the account lifecycle
- Oversee portfolio models, including fund research, performance monitoring, and fee analysis
- Present fund recommendations and monitoring results to the trust committee
- Demonstrate understanding of diversification, liquidity, and risk/return principles
- Collaborate effectively with Advisors, CPAs, Attorneys, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate complex fiduciary and technical matters clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Safeguard and properly handle confidential information
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of fiduciary or related trust experience
- Experience administering ESOP/KSOP, 401(k), IRA, or similar retirement plan accounts
- Professional designations such as CTFA, CEBS, CPA, or JD are a plus
