What You'll Be Working On
- Large federal construction projects with significant MEP scope
- Oversight of quality control processes across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Coordination with project teams, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure compliance with federal standards
- Implementation and management of QA/QC documentation, inspections, and testing procedures
- Supporting successful project delivery through rigorous quality oversight
- Strong QA/QC experience on large commercial or federal construction projects
- Deep familiarity with MEP systems and installations
- Experience with federal quality control standards and documentation processes
- Ability to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and inspectors effectively
- Willingness to travel for long-term project assignments
- $150K base salary
- Outstanding per diem package
- 3-year project assignment in the southeast
- Opportunity to transition to additional large projects afterward
