We are seeking a highly experienced QA Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our Quality Assurance, Feed Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs. This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on professional with proven experience in feed or dry food safety, audit leadership, and regulatory oversight. Full-Time role, in-office Monday-Friday, 45 hours/week.

Overview
- Feed Safety & Quality Plan
- Occupational Safety & Health Plan
- Fleet Safety Plan
- Salary $90,000-$110,000 full company benefits and retirement PTO
- Maintain and update the Feed Safety & Quality Plan (reviewed every 3 years or as regulations/processes change)
- Lead supplier, FDA, and NYS feed safety audits
- Manage corrective actions and reporting
- Perform monthly plant and grounds inspections
- Oversee QA Lab and Drug Room operations
- Develop, implement, and track training programs
- Maintain training logs and compliance documentation
- 3-5 years of experience in a QA Manager or Regulatory Compliance leadership role
- Experience in feed safety or dry food manufacturing required
- Proven experience leading audits (FDA, NYS, suppliers strongly preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of FDA, OSHA, and NYS regulations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple compliance programs simultaneously
