Project Manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage drywall projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects goals are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety, regulations, and company standards.
- Mentor and support team members to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial drywall installation and project management.
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials, techniques, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
