Key Responsibilities
- Manage miscellaneous metals projects from contract to close-out
- Maintain schedules, budgets, and cost reports
- Coordinate with field leaders, engineers, and fabrication shops
- Lead project meetings and maintain client communication
- Review drawings, submittals, RFIs & change orders
- Monitor progress, site logistics, safety, and quality
- Work with vendors & subcontractors and review pricing
- Support project close-out and documentation
- 3 years managing miscellaneous metals projects
- Strong understanding of steel erection & fabrication
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts
- Skilled in scheduling, cost control & change management
- Strong communication, organization & leadership skills
- Proficient with construction and project software
- Experience with commercial/industrial steel work
- Familiarity with AISC standards
- Background with a steel erector or fabricator
- $90,000 - $115,000 DOE bonus potential
