Responsibilities
- Manage luxury residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client communication
- Coordinate closely with architects, designers, field teams, and ownership
- Handle project documentation, change orders, scheduling, and cost tracking
- Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Proactively solve problems and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the construction process
- Experience managing high-end residential remodeling or custom home projects
- Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
- Experience working with affluent clientele preferred
