What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain a PE within approximately one year.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects while remaining involved in technical design.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Manage and design a variety of civil engineering projects.
- Develop plans and designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Coordinate with internal team members and partnering companies.
- Manage projects from initial planning and design through completion.
- Work on a wide variety of projects across multiple disciplines.
- Primarily work in an office environment with a flexible schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
- Participate in occasional after-hours presentations as project needs require.
