What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in asphalt paving in a supervisory role.
- Expertise in Heavy Highway, Concrete, and Asphalt Construction.
- DOT and government project experience is required.
- Ability to mentor and lead two less-experienced Project Managers.
- Strong leadership skills to manage crews, subcontractors, and inspectors professionally.
- A commitment to quality control and safety enforcement on-site.
- A proactive, organized self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
