Key Responsibilities
- Manage heavy civil projects from award through completion
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Handle project billing, pay applications, and financial tracking
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and contract documentation
- Coordinate with owners, DOT agencies, engineers, and inspectors
- Lead project meetings and serve as primary point of contact
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Track material procurement and jobsite logistics
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Support project closeout, punch list, and final documentation
- 5 years of experience managing heavy civil/sitework construction projects
- Strong background in roadway, infrastructure, and sitework
- DOT project experience is a plus
- Experience with public works and government contracts
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and cost management
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
