Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of heavy civil construction projects from start to completion
- Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Monitor budgets, cost control, and overall project performance
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all specifications and standards
- Build and maintain strong client and team relationships
- Support long-term organizational growth and development
- 5-10 years of experience managing heavy civil projects (earthwork, concrete, utilities, roadway/bridge work)
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate field teams
- Strong communication, scheduling, and cost management skills
- Stable employment history and commitment to long-term career growth
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
