What You'll Do
- Lead federal construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Maintain control of schedule, budget, quality, and safety on large, complex builds
- Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Manage all project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, government agencies, and key stakeholders
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Travel to project sites or relocate for specific project assignments as needed
- Proven experience managing federal construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of federal contracting requirements and compliance standards
- Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs
