What You'll Do
- Oversee all phases of ultra-custom residential builds, from pre-construction through final walk-through
- Manage complex timelines, budgets, and client expectations with precision and professionalism
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure exceptional quality
- Collaborate with top-tier architects, interior designers, and discerning homeowners
- Proactively identify challenges and resolve them before they impact schedule or design intent
- Maintain strict adherence to high standards of craftsmanship and execution
- 10 years of residential construction experience with a strong portfolio of unique and highly detailed homes
- Proven success managing luxury custom projects ranging from $3M to $20M
- Expertise in managing complex architectural and interior finishes
- Calm, confident leadership style with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
- Deep understanding of project sequencing, budgeting, permitting, and scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.)
- Familiarity with construction software such as Buildertrend or Procore
- Clear communicator who builds trust with clients, designers, and trades alike
- Be part of a passionate, tight-knit team dedicated to excellence in every detail
- Build homes that are truly one-of-a-kind - no repeats, no templates
