We are partnering with an established, highly regarded commercial general contractor seeking a talented Project Manager to join its growing Southeast Michigan operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost controls, and financial performance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field personnel.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- 3-4 years of construction project management experience required.
- Commercial general contracting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, or ground-up commercial construction highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery.
- Proficiency with construction management software; Procore experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
