Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed according to plan.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project.
- Develop project schedules and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of the project and address any concerns they may have.
- Ensure that all work performed on the project is in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage the project team, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure that they are meeting project requirements.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
