Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, RFIs, and change orders
- Maintain strong client and design team relationships
- Coordinate with field operations to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead project meetings and maintain communication across all stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- 5 years of experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Experience managing ground-up commercial or industrial projects preferred
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project responsibilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with projects $20M is highly preferred
- Project Manager: $110k-130k DOE
- Senior Project Manager: $130K-$160K DOE

Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
