What You'll Be Doing
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and owner communication
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project issues before they become larger problems
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
- Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
- Strong background managing ground-up and/or tenant improvement commercial projects
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Procore or similar construction management software experience is a plus
- Local Colorado construction experience is preferred

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
