Responsibilities Of The Project Manager Include
- Managing and overseeing all phases of construction projects, from design to close-out
- Estimating labor, materials and equipment costs, as well as preparing bids and contracts
- Overseeing contractors, subcontractors and vendors
- Negotiating contract documents, billing contracts and dispute resolution
- Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications and standards
- Participating in client meetings and site visits
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel in all phases of the project
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Ensure that each project meets deadlines, budget, and specifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. Procore, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, procedures, and standards
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to motivate personnel and manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, etc.
