Key Responsibilities
- Support daily field operations and project coordination
- Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
- Assist with scheduling updates, documentation, and change tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Participate in site walks, inspections, and quality control efforts
- Help enforce safety standards and maintain jobsite compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation using construction software
- Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and as-built documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Internship, co-op, or field experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment
- Experience or willingness to learn tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Office
- Commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- EIT certification or intent to pursue licensure

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
