Responsibilities
- Lead strategic execution across multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Drive results in profitability, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction
- Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams
- Manage relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Support business development and help secure future work
- Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Opportunity to influence strategy and leadership decisions
- High-impact role tied directly to company growth
- Ability to mentor and build strong teams
- Exposure to complex commercial projects
- 15 years of commercial construction experience
- B.S. in a construction related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Strong background in preconstruction, estimating, and project financials
- Track record of successful project delivery and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- $115K-$170K base (flexible)
- Strong bonus structure
