What You'd Be Responsible For
- Building and maintaining relationships with owners, GCs, and partners
- Identifying and developing HVAC design-build opportunities
- Working closely with estimating, engineering, and operations to scope work
- Helping guide projects from pursuit through turnover
- Staying involved enough to make sure what's sold can be built and built well
- Background in commercial or industrial HVAC
- Experience in project management, sales, estimating, or operations
- Comfortable talking systems, scope, and execution-not just pricing
- Someone who values long-term relationships over one-off wins
- Organized, accountable, and respected by both clients and internal teams
- Strong reputation and repeat client base
- Design-build focus instead of low-bid grind
- Leadership that understands how projects actually run
