What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with Project Managers and field leadership to help deliver successful projects
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project controls
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Track costs, quantities, production, and project progress
- Participate in project meetings and help drive project success from start to finish
- Support safety, quality control, and operational excellence
- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related background preferred
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS, Primavera, or similar software is a plus
- Desire to grow into a leadership role within Heavy Civil construction
