Key Responsibilities
- unitedLearn and uphold all company safety policies and procedures
- Organize, distribute, and manage contract documents using internal systems
- Assist with project planning and scheduling using company-standard software
- Manage submittals and coordinate to ensure quality control
- Attend and document on-site and off-site meetings
- Learn estimating processes and coordinate with PMs and estimators
- Assist in coordination with owners, architects, and engineers
- Support contract and purchase order management
- Organize and manage change order documentation
- Learn internal cost control, cost accounting, and project financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a Project Manager role
