Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
- Track project progress, schedules, and budgets
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Support procurement and material tracking
- Maintain organized project files and ensure accurate reporting
- Participate in project meetings and assist with communication across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience in hospitality, higher education, or healthcare projects strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction documents and processes
- Proficiency in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
