Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, documents, and project information
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project needs
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Track purchase orders, invoices, selections, and change orders
- Maintain accurate project files and updates
- Help monitor construction timelines and budgets
- Assist with customer communication and project updates
- 1 years of construction, homebuilding, or project coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; construction software experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
