Responsibilities
- Process and track pay applications, invoices, and project billing documentation
- Manage change orders, subcontracts, lien waivers, RFIs, and submittals
- Maintain project files and ensure accurate document control
- Assist with job cost tracking, reporting, and contract administration
- Coordinate permits, compliance documents, and project closeout paperwork
- Support project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners throughout the project lifecycle
- 2 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, project accounting, or a related role
- Experience in heavy civil, highway, utility, paving, excavation, or site development construction preferred
- Familiarity with pay applications, change orders, contract documentation, and construction accounting processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction software experience is a plus

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
