Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the land development team
- Identify, suggest, and secure projects from new and existing clients
- Provide guidance and direction for the land development team
- Coordinate and communicate with other staff, departments, municipalities, and private land development clients
- Manage projects
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Must be local to the state of Florida
- B.S., Civil Engineering or related field
- PE required in the state of Florida
- 10 year's of experience
- Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects
- Experience with development of residential, commercial, office and industrial development projects in Florida
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Strong relationships and contacts with regional developers, architects, municipal staff, and other regulatory agencies
