- Develop and adjust ingredient blends and injection formulations for ham and bacon
- Coordinate light scheduling related to R&D trials and samples
- Communicate with customers and buyers regarding product specifications and feedback
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance
- Background in R&D or product development within food manufacturing
- Experience with cured meats, bacon, ham, or protein processing
- Knowledge of ingredient functionality and injection systems
- Strong attention to detail and sensory evaluation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a self-directed role
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Salary range: $80,000-$110,000 (commensurate with experience)
