This Developer has a backlog of diverse commercial projects valued up to $50M, local to the area, that stretch over the next two years. The Preconstruction Manager will be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the leadership team!
Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities

Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities
- - Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projects
- - Assist in schedule development
- - Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget, and schedule
- - Develop conceptual estimates utilizing market data
- - Determine quantities of materials during early stages of the design
- - Develop scopes of work for all project related trades
- B.S. in Construction Management or a Related Degree is Strongly Preferred, but Extensive Work-Related Experience will be considered
- 10 Years Project Management and Estimating experience in Commercial Construction
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
